1. $300 minimum order (pickup only). $500 Minimum order for delivery (shipping charges may apply)
2. 25% handling fee is charged for order cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled delivery date, or any unauthorized refusal of goods
3. Returned checks are subject to a $50 surcharge
4. Unreturned pallets are subject to a $5 fee per pallet
5. We accept all major credit cards (except Discover) up to $5000
6. Wire Transfers are the only acceptable form of payment for international customers
7. CURBSIDE DELIVERY ONLY. Drivers are not allowed to bring merchandise inside your store. Please make sure accommodations are arranged to receive merchandise the day of delivery
8. Some items in this catalog are not recommended to be shipped by air

11. Quantities limited to stock on hand

CLAIM POLICY
1. Claims of any nature must be submitted to your salesperson within one week of receipt of merchandise
2. If returning merchandise, merchandise must be in the original carton with the original case pack
3. Damages that occur in transit via common carrier must be dealt with the shipping company directly
4. No claims accepted on seasonal items, or merchandise that you cannot sell
5. Claim approval is solely at the discretion of the customer service department
